What are some examples of club activities?

  • Club Meetings

    • These happen every Tuesday and they explain in detail what upcoming events will be and list ways to get involved.

  • DCM (Division Council Meetings)

    • DCMs happen each month and often include some type of fun activity or fundraiser after the meeting.

    • The formal meeting consists of roll call, which is when each school states what they have been doing the past month; going over old business such as a recap of the past month; new business such as upcoming events in the division, as well as club and member recognition; and answering questions.

  • DWS (Division-Wide Service)

    • During a DWS, members from any club in the division can participate in a service project that usually lasts a few hours. They are also a great way to meet members from other clubs!

  • FRN (Fall Rally North)

    • Fall Rally North is possibly what Key Club is most notable for. Every year we hold an event at Six Flags which serves as a fundraiser for the Pediatric Trauma Program (PTP).

  • DCON (District Convention)

    • DCON is an annual convention for the whole district, which includes hundreds of clubs from California, Nevada, and Hawaii. Over the course of three days, members make friends, listen to speakers, go to dances, and more.

  • Division:

    • Dublin High School Key Club is a part of Division 26 South, which includes these other high schools: Acalanes, Amador Valley, Cal High, Campolindo, Dougherty Valley, Foothill, Las Lomas, Miramonte, Monta Vista, and San Ramon Valley.

  • Region:

    • D26S is also part of a broader region, Region 9, which includes Division 2, 8, and 26 North.

  • District:

    • D26S is a part of the California-Nevada-Hawaii district, which includes the divisions listed above, as well as hundreds of clubs across these three states. As a part of D26S, we are the Blue Devils, a community of hard-working, inclusive, & caring people.
